Pledge to Clients: I pledge to every client honest work, transparency, and moral integrity in all real estate transactions and dealings. I will work diligently to ensure that for all experience I garner in my time learning at Markel Properties that the cultivation of true skill and development of professional character lies at the top of my priority list. I value efficiency with regard to accuracy as one of my primary pillars of motivation and will work towards being able to handle all dealings with a degree of thoroughness, nuance, and competence until I am satisfied with the results.
Professional Experiences: I have experience in backend business work, dealings, and interactions that translate well into the Real Estate Field; some examples being resource coordination, cash reconciliation, quality control, vendor relations, and everything in-between. This experience has greatly helped in developing my confidence in professional fields and has primed me going forward to effectively communicate and absorb any and all pertinent information!
Education: I began my educational career at Delta High School in 2021, joining the student government to work on my confidence and public speaking and engagement skills.
Beginning with my Junior Year in high school, I began taking college courses for Running Start at the Colombia Basin College primarily. Ranging from history to chemistry. Throughout my entire high school career I took multiple College in High School classes offered by Central Washington University, which further contributed to my intellectual development and Running Start.
I managed to graduate after obtaining Summa Cum Laude every Trimester, with a 4.0 Distinction six times. In 2025 I graduated from Delta High School with my diploma, and from Columbia Basin College with my Associate in Arts Degree.
I later enrolled with the Rockwell Institute, working for a couple months, and eventually passing the Real Estate Exam in early 2026, leading to where I am now!
Personal Interest: My personal interests consist of anything creatively based, ranging from musical composition, fictional writing, playwriting, lyrical constitution, short film creation, and much more. On the more casual side, I enjoy listening to both modern hip-hop and the East-West coast classics of the 90’s. I also enjoy playing videogames with my friends from time to time, partaking in a range of genres.
