My desire as a Realtor is to provide excellent service, putting you and your interests at the top of my list. With real estate often being your largest financial investment; professional guidance and advice is important.
I have property management experience for residential rental properties of my own and others, as well as buying and selling many properties throughout the Tri-Cities. In my professional carrier I have worked for a real estate firm, a title company, in the legal field and extensively in human services to people of various backgrounds and abilities.
In my personal life I have been well connected to the community through numerous churches and youth sports programs.
I have lived in the Tri-Cities for over 40 years. Let me be your Realtor - I'm committed to you - You'll be HAPPY you did. :)
Read clients' reviews posted on Zillow - zillow.com/profile/barness-gail. I would be honored to provide you with the same consideration for your real estate transaction.
